Walked into Incu mens store , same thing collection like 3,4 years before , nothing interesting , it’s look like no one come to the store and buy it . So boring . Staff appearance look like customer , don’t know who’s themselves ?? confused!!! No even seems them wearing LANYARD or NAME BATCH , very confused!!!!. Only best greetings is entrance staff and cashier team , the rest of them maybe l don’t even know what they doing on the floor just looking people UP and DOWN . Take for example like JD sport , ZARA , Balenciaga and Sephora store, all staff wearing same thing and VERY standardised ,so then easy for customer to find you guys at the store . Others , Staff doesn’t look friendly , not even smile 😑🫤😏. Honestly , l am not interested sometimes when staff watching us like shoplifters, customer would be uncomfortable to shop in the store despite your team members standing in the entrance for security purpose✅ (shame on you lncu men’s). Hope 2024 your staff have grooming well and good attitude . Be friendly and more professional , because you not selling ice cream on the street .

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had an order that wasn't delivered and returned to the Incu warehouse. I made contact with them, flagged it and ask for the address to be updated which they agreed. 3 weeks later the goods still haven't arrived, they haven't responded to five emails, the number listed on their website can't be connected and they have not responded to Facebook messages. I am so surprised that a well known and premium Australian store would treat their customers like this. I just want the goods I paid for or my money retuned is that too much to ask?

i have been to all incu locations in melbourne and sydney and have had the exact same experience, groundhog day actually. incu seems to hire the most out of touch mummy and daddy’s money little flops. they all seem to be suffering from a shared delusion that working for this company makes them a fashion icon adored by the masses. um it doesn’t. they all have the most foul attitude and may i add dress sense, im sorry but you guys aren’t really pulling off the “im so hot and cool so idgaf” attitude. because you’re not cool or hot. seriously your job isn’t that hard and none of you can seem to do it. like at all. you giving me the up and down does nothing except make me want to laugh. your all embarrassing yourselves at this point. drop it and do your job. a job that an actual year 9 could do better. you are not it, period.

Save yourself the time if your not a size 6 the staff don’t even look at you. I walked around trying to ask for a pair of shoes and no one would make eye contact. I never leave reviews but I walked around with a new baby in a pram feeling to treat myself and left feeling horrible!! I’d rather go to the actual store itself then here again just plain horrible. Such a mean girls vibe it’s 2022 get over the attitude.

I’m not actually sure whether this is for the right incu (since they’re right opposite each other), but this review is mostly for the smaller one- even though both are good. Came here last week and bought a pair of jeans. Service was great and they were super patient and helpful with grabbing sizes etc. When I got home, I found a small defect with the jeans and contacted customer service. They were really, really good and the store manager contacted me about it and put aside a pair of the same jeans for me. I came in today and the girls were really great. My sister was also shopping for some stuff and the Asian girl who helped us was super friendly and patient, and genuinely seemed to want to help. I didn’t get her name but she said she normally works downstairs?? Either way, wanted to give a big thank you to that particular staff member, and the general customer service team here :) Would definitely recommend shopping here!
